Server Hosting

XanderNet offers reliable web and file hosting on our servers. We can guarentee 98% uptime and notifications about server scheduled maintenance and upgrades which may interupt any part of your service. And should we ever exceed this amount in downtime in a month, you will receive that month free of charge! Our servers also utilize twitter to automatically send status updates on their load status, and any problems they may be having. We also can host MySQL databases and other server-side scripts for you to utilize. We offer a great administration panel with your hosting plan as well. With all these great features plus amazing support we are a great choice for your hosting needs.

Best of all, we support the biggest Operating Systems in the server world including our primary: Unix, and through virtualization Windows Server Clients. As the customer you can choose which platform you would like to be hosted on depending on your needs and we'll make sure they're met.

Hardware Support and Setup

XanderNet can help you with all of your hardware needs. From network switches and servers in your business to your personal desktop or laptop, we can help you upgrade your hardware, recover lost data from a crashed computer, or help debug hardware related issues inside your devices. When you need help with your hardware, we'll come to you and diagnose and even try to fix problems onsite, and if your problem takes more time than we can spend onsite we will take your hardware with us, repair it, and deliver it back to you.

We can also come to your business during the time best for you, to help you with hardware issues in your business. We can help you install new computers, servers, or switches and help you debug problems with your current hardware steup.

Remote Tech Support

XanderNet can also help you with small software-related problems for your personal or business computers remotely using remote-desktop software that will allow us to control and diagnose problems remotely for you, without you ever having to leave the comfort of your home or office. It is extremely convenient and easy especially if you are on a computer that has to stay mainly stationary.

Pricing for remote support starts at $35 but can vary depending on the exact problem. Should we find no fixable problem when we help you remotely there will be a mandatory fee of $10.99 for initiating the remote support session.

Software Design

XanderNet specializes in software design for most major platforms. XanderNet specializes in server-side scripting for web applications primarily in PHP & MySQL technologies. We have major experience using these two technologies with large and small user bases.

We also specialize in writing software for the Windows and Mac platform that you can use for your business or other uses. We also have major experience involving iPhone OS programming. If you have an idea for an application for the iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad we can help you create it, and sell it on Apple's App Store.

Pricing*

Web Design: Pricing for web design varies depending on the size of the website and the extent of development.

Basic Web Design:Basic design starts with just designing your webpages and producing a Photoshop document. This does not include creating any code for the webpage itself. This is flat price based on the extent of the photoshop design. Prices start at $175.

Web Design & Coding:This plan covers the design of a webpage and coding of it. This is based on per-page pricing and is best for small websites with not very many pages. Prices start at $265 per page.

Full Website Design & Coding:This is a complete design and coding of a full website, with many different features and pages. This plan is best for major website projects with many different pages, and more feature needs. Prices start at $1000.

Server Hosting:

Personal Hosting:Personal hosting includes file hosting and web hosting. This plan does not include server-side script execution or database storage (these features may be added for a higher monthly price). Storage and bandwidth for personal plans vary and are tailored to the customers' specific needs. Prices start at $120 per year.

Business Hosting:Business hosting includes file hosting, web hosting, and database and server-side script storage and execution. Storage and bandwidth for business plans vary and are tailored for clients' specific needs but include a minimum storage of 5GB and bandwidth of 5GB. Prices start at $175 per year.

Multimedia:

Multimedia Design (personal):Multimedia design for personal use may be anything from custom calendars, to video and audio editing, to custom hardcover photo albums and photo editing. Prices for personal multimedia design are extremely variable depending on customers' needs, for estimates contact us from the contact page.

Multimedia Design (business):Multimedia design for business use may be anything from presentations to photo, video, or audio editing or many other types of multimedia for your business. Prices for business multimedia are extremely variable depending on clients' specific needs.

Hardware Support & Setup:

On-site Hardware Setup/Repair (personal):With on-site repair and setup we will come to you to diagnose and try to fix your problem. Prices start at $75 to come on-site, not including parts or equipment required to fix hardware. If we find there is nothing wrong we will charge a mandatory $15 for arriving on-site.

On-site Hardware Setup/Repair (business):With on-site repair for your business we will come on-site to your business to repair or setup any of your hardware. Prices for business hardware repair and setup start at $150 and do not include equipment or parts needed. If we find nothing wrong there will be a mandatory charge of $30 for arriving on-site.

Off-site Hardware Setup/Repair (personal only):In the event you choose to bring your hardware to use we will perform repairs in our shop rather than at your site. Prices for off-site repair start at $45 and do not include parts or equipment required to fix hardware. If we find there is nothing wrong we will return your hardware free of charge.
